Our digital learning courses and related Services may be hosted or delivered through Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”).
Thinkific provides learning-management technology that enables us to deliver courses and related services. Personal information associated with your account, enrolment, course activity, and use of the platform may therefore be processed through Thinkific and its service providers.

7. Payments
When you make a purchase, payment information may be processed by a third-party payment processor available through our checkout platform.
Payment processors may collect information necessary to process your transaction, such as payment-card and billing information.
Feminuity does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Feminuity does not ordinarily provide sponsoring organizations with detailed information about an individual learner’s responses, quiz or assessment answers, feedback, reflections, or other detailed course activity unless the learner has been informed and such disclosure is permitted or required by applicable law.
Where organizational reporting applies, Feminuity will limit the information disclosed to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable reporting purpose.
12. Children and Young People
Our Services are primarily intended for adults and professional or organizational learning unless a particular program expressly provides otherwise.
Where Feminuity offers a Service intended to include children or young people, we will take reasonable steps to use an age-appropriate consent process and obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law and the circumstances.
