Tania Cheng (She, They)

Tania Cheng is a changemaker and social impact leader who works with Feminuity to design strategy, facilitate learning, and evaluate the impact of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices. Tania is a seasoned facilitator who has delivered workshops and presentations to over 40,000 people and brings over 10 years of experience designing and delivering education programs. Tania holds a Master in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership from Carleton University and an Honours Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo.

Co-Founder and CEO

Dr. Sarah Saska (She, Her, Elle)

Dr. Sarah Saska (She, Her, Elle) is the CEO of Feminuity, a global strategy firm partnering with startups through Fortune 500 companies to build diverse teams, equitable systems, and inclusive products and company cultures. Before Feminuity, Sarah led pioneering doctoral research highlighting the need for ethical and equitable approaches to designing new technologies. She is a TEDx speaker, speaks internationally, and is featured on CBC’s The National and Fast Company for her straightforward and actionable approach to the work.
