This course is practical and evidence-based. You'll explore why diversity, equity, and inclusion matter in your workplace; recognize how bias shows up in everyday decisions, both in-person and in some digital environments; understand how identity and power shape people's experiences; and practice allyship, communication, and leadership skills to make a real difference, whatever your role.
We meet people where they are. Level-UP is designed for anyone in the early stages of their equity journey who’s ready for a structured, action-oriented learning experience.
Level-UP is accessible on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Learn at your desk, on your commute, or wherever works best for you.
Feminuity’s self-guided Level-UP course can take about 2 hours to complete. Once you activate your account, you will have 90 days to complete the digital course.
Level-UP is compatible with assistive devices and includes closed captions across all videos, alt text for images, video transcripts, and module summaries. The Learning Guide is available in Canadian French, English, and Spanish. Visual design features an accessible colour scheme, readable fonts, and imagery that reflects a wide breadth of identities and experiences. Yes, the course includes a learning guide and resource guide. The learning guide provides learners with pre-work, in-session work, and post-work. The resource guide is full of resources for those who wish to go even deeper. You will have access to both guides to support your continued learning beyond engaging with the Level-UP course!
At the end of the course, you’ll receive a personalized certificate of completion that you can download as a PDF. Many learners share it on LinkedIn or include it on their resumes to showcase their growth.
